Today I am making Boeuf Bourguignon. It is traditionally a French peasant dish, but it has evolved into one of the more renowned dishes. It is a stew prepared with beef braised in red wine
, traditionally red Burgundy, and beef broth, generally flavoured with garlic and onions onions, with pearl onions
and mushrooms added towards the end of cooking. Later will be a slideshow of pictures of me making it!!!
